adopt 1 Ladyhawke, born May 1997- She is the mother of the pups and was given to us in April of 2005 by a lady who needed to move to the city. The city is no place for a wolf or wolfdog. She is an alpha female and enjoys catching ravens. She loves females and children but will nip at adult males. Her favorite food is raw chicken legs. adopt 5 Mattie, born in 2008- Tall, slender and cautious with piercing eyes bests describes her. She is visiting us for awhile until a new pen can be build for her at her home in Cripple Creek, Colorado. She is definitely an Alpha wolf.

adopt 3 Zoya, born April 2005- She came to us from Kansas after county officials told the owner they were going to put Zoya down because she is a wolfdog. She is a gentle giant who loves everyone and gives warm, soft kisses to all her visitors. adopt 4 Spirit, born May 1, 2008- She is known as our reluctant Ambassadress. It takes some time but once she gets to know you she wants you to rub her butt and chest. Like her mother, she definitely wants to lead her own pack.

adopt 5 Merlin, born May 1, 2008- He is known as the elusive one. He wants nothing to do with humans. He won’t even come to you to get food or treats. Like his father, Shone, he is one of the lowest ranking wolves in the pack. adopt 6 Apache, born May 8, 2009- He is one of our three new ambassadors that travel to schools, fairs, private functions and local prisons. He even spent time in MDA jail to help raise funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

adopt 5 Cherokee, born May 8, 2009- She is the only female in this litter and is wound up like an eight day clock. The term “incoming” is used for her when she comes to greet you. “Excited” is a mild statement used to describe her actions. She loves everyone and is out to prove it. adopt 6 Lakota, born May 8, 2009- He is the most regal of all of the pups and like Cherokee and Apache has met thousands of people. He really doesn’t like to travel but once there he makes friends with everyone. He loves to give kisses and will steal things from your pockets.

adopt 5 Navajo, born May 8, 2009- He is the cautious one. Although he is starting to get used to people, he will not go up to them. He watches from behind his house. He is the Omega of the pack. He loves his siblings and other four legged animals but no one else. adopt 6 Mama Bear, born in 2002- She came to us from Woodland Park, Colorado. She and her two kids were rescued from an abusive situation by a lady several years ago. This lady now had to move out of state and was not allowed to bring her animals with her. Mama will lean into you as you pet her. She loves everyone.

adopt 5 Baby, born in 2004- She is Mama Bear’s most playful pup and like her sister, a constant talker. She will jump up on the roof of her house and want you to pet her. She could be a poster child for wolfdogs. Her eyes express true love. adopt 6 Pia, born in 2003- Watch out as her name stands for “Pain in A—“. She is a bit of an attention hog. Although she loves humans she goes after other animals to keep them from her people guests. Consequently she has to be in her own pen. She also talks a lot.
